The General Terms and Conditions apply to all of our Merchant Services. Depending on the Services you have selected in the Order Form, one or more of the specific Service Schedules below will also form part of our Agreement with you. These documents, together with the Data Protection Addendum, any Merchant Adherence Addendum, and any other documents specified in the Order Form make up your Agreement with Planet.
