Faguo, a ready-to-wear retailer, has always been committed to providing its customers with the best shopping experience. However, the challenge of connecting its online and offline channels to create a seamless omnichannel experience was a daunting task. Faguo wanted to ensure that its customers could easily check product availability in-store, reserve items online, and try products in-store.
Additionally, the retailer wanted to reduce its carbon footprint by limiting logistic shipping between its central warehouse and stores. This meant that Faguo needed a technology solution that could optimize its inventory management and enable ship-from-store and store fulfilment. With more than 25 physical outlets across France and an established international presence, Faguo needed a solution that could integrate seamlessly with its existing systems while enhancing the shopper experience.

Planet's Click & Collect technology solution provided Faguo with a comprehensive system that enabled the retailer to optimize its inventory management and offer customers an exceptional shopping experience. The C&C widget, connected to Prestashop CMS, enabled Faguo to implement ship-from-store and store fulfilment in just 1.5 hours, thanks to its intuitive interface and easy-to-use features. Sales associates were able to quickly prepare orders, minimizing delays and ensuring that customers received their orders on time.
The solution also enabled customers to check product availability in-store, reserve items online, and try products in-store, making the shopping experience seamless and convenient. What's more, 100% of the revenues were attributed to the stores, which helped to increase revenue and profitability.
