DAILY RATES ENHANCEMENTS
Optimise your pricing daily with flexible rate management
We know that if you can spot opportunities and quickly update rates from market changes, you can drive occupancy and revenue. So, we’ve made it easier to update rates with a calendar view and global editing functionality. Simply select a date range along with the relevant rate codes, room types and occupancy and enter the amount to adjust the rate by. You can make global adjustments to date ranges or room types, improving efficiency.
ALLOTMENTS
Integrate allotments seamlessly with the PMS
If you are using an API to manage conferences and events, then read on, because you’ll soon be saying goodbye to juggling multiple rate codes! Our enhancements will enable you to integrate allotments seamlessly with the PMS, enabling real-time synchronisation and data sharing.
With Protel Cloud, or your chosen integrated solution, you’ll be able to manage daily pricing per allotment with ease. We’ve made tailored pricing for each contract possible, without the hassle of creating endless rate codes.
MPE SYSTEM CONFIGURATION
Enhanced Multi-Property Functionality
We’ve developed new multi-property functionality to streamline system data configuration, simplify operations and give you greater control across your entire portfolio. Now it will be even easier to manage your setup from a central location across all properties.
Enhancements to the reservation journey will allow multiple reservations to be booked simultaneously, with extended support for the Quick Group function. And more MPE reports will be available, feeding you deeper insights along with easier access directly from the Central application.
NF525 CERTIFICATION
Recording customer payments to combat VAT fraud in France
NF525 certification is a French regulatory requirement designed to combat VAT fraud. This will ensure that Protel Cloud PMS secures, archives and maintains unaltered transaction data for French tax audits.
VERI*FACTU SYSTEM
Complying with the Veri*Factu requirements to combat tax fraud in Spain
Veri*factu is a new system in Spain that requires businesses and professionals to use certified invoicing software to combat tax fraud. Our updates will ensure that Protel Cloud PMS meets specific criteria for data integrity, time stamping and data storage for Spanish businesses.
