Your key hotel metrics in one clear, real‑time view 

The new HotSoft dashboard gives you a quick, personalised view of what’s happening in your hotel right now. With real‑time widgets showing arrivals, departures, occupancy and other key updates, you can start your day with the information that matters most, all in one place.

You can customise the dashboard by adding, removing or moving widgets, so your view reflects the way you work. And when you need more detail, you can open it with a single click.  Learn more here

HotSoft credit card storage 

Safer, smoother payments with HotSoft & Datatrans 

Credit card handling is a moment where guests expect complete trust. With our new Datatrans integration, every transaction is securely tokenised. Guest data stays protected while your team continues working with the same familiar flow.

This means less exposure to sensitive data, giving you a lower risk of fraud and faster, more reliable authorisations.

Multi‑room allotment handling 

Faster and easier control of your room allotments  

We’ve added a new Manage Allotments window that lets you review and update multiple rooms at once. No more editing them individually. 

From this window you can:

  • Return Allotment – Send the room back to the Reservation Pool
  • Remove Allotment – Remove the room from the allotment
  • Assign Allotment – Add the room to the allotment

Open API improvements  

Smoother, more flexible integrations for your partners 

We’re expanding the Hotsoft Open API to give partners better access to reservation, folio and guest data, while improving how activity is tracked and logged across the system. 

 

More everyday enhancements that make work easier 

We’ve also introduced a series of smaller improvements across Hotsoft to make everyday work smoother. These include more flexible report formatting, better control over which rates sync to your CRS, clearer loyalty and member data, smoother integrations with external partners, and small interface refinements that make navigation easier. Together, these updates help your team work more confidently and keep your system running reliably.

  • Canary Technologies: A guest‑management platform that simplifies check‑in, payments and communication, helping your team save time and reduce fraud.
  • OtelAI: An AI‑powered operations tool that tracks performance in real time and gives you insights to boost revenue and cut costs.
  • Ewattch: An energy‑management solution that helps you monitor consumption, improve efficiency and meet regulatory requirements. 
 

What´s next 


More integrations and smarter automation  
We’re continuing to invest in features that make HotSoft more connected, compliant and effortless to use. The upcoming developments focus on simplifying invoicing, keeping you aligned with national reporting requirements, and making payments even smoother across the Planet ecosystem.

  • Our new BeInvoice integration helps hotels meet growing e‑invoicing requirements. The first supported markets include Latvia, France, Denmark and other French‑ and Latvian‑speaking regions, with more to follow.
  • Updated MEX reporting for Norway Statistics Norway (SSB) is updating its reporting requirements. We’re preparing the necessary changes so hotels in Norway can continue submitting their accommodation data without interruption.
  • We’re introducing increased automation, improved deposit management and other refinements across the Planet payment experience. More details will follow as these enhancements roll out.
