IP Change request

In the coming weeks, Planet is upgrading its infrastructure so there will be a change to the IP addresses currently being utilised. As a result, please can we ask you to open and validate new IP addresses and ports on your firewall. This will ensure that your terminals continue to work seamlessly after the upgrade has gone live. 

Please refer to the IP information from your email communication and complete the steps to update your IP. When complete, fill out the form shown on the right hand side so that we can activate the change.
