fibo’s self-serve concrete machines allow end customers to purchase precisely the amount of high-quality concrete they need without the hassle of traditional mixing and measuring. This solution enables materials merchants to expand their offering into concrete, making high-quality, accessible, and competitively priced building material available to more customers.
To match the convenience offered to end customers, fibo needed an unattended payment solution that would facilitate secure, efficient, and seamless transactions as they expanded into the UK and other European markets.

The solution
fibo sought a ‘drive-through’ style payment solution for its concrete vending machines, ensuring a fast, intuitive, and fully automated self-serve experience. Planet provided secure IM30 payment terminals with payments, offering a range of payment methods on fibo’s batching plants. This integration enabled customers to effortlessly order, pay for, and collect concrete in just a few taps.
