With nearly 20 years of end-to-end retail experience, Pippa has worked across global retail operations and as a financial services partner to retailers. Pippa has a strong understanding of both shopper and retailer journeys, with a keen ability to identify and address key pain points. Most recently, she was part of the Product & Technology team at Planet, where she focused on bringing B2C and B2B solutions to market to drive revenue and enhance the Tax Free shopping experience across Europe and beyond.
